In this course we will prepare your mind by explaining how your brain changes in motherhood and teach you simple, yet effective tools to keep a healthy mind and body as a new mum.

Breaking Free of the Baby Blues

If you missed our antenatal course but want to know how you can take control of your low mood and break free from those baby blues you are feeling. Then this is the course for you!


We will cover coping mechanisms, owning your motherhood transformation and give you all the tools to break free. You will get meditation, hypnosis and mindful activities all included in this course.

Mental Health

Mental health is still a taboo and carries a stigma that is very outdated.


70% of new mums who are feeling the impact of poor mental health in early motherhood don't seek help.


By focusing on creating a strong and resilient mental health through mindset, hypnosis, meditation and mindfulness, we will empower you to improve your mental health naturally.

Physical Health

The links between mental and physical wellbeing have been well documented. If your body is not operating at it's best, you will not feel your best either.


We will support you to gently regain your physical health in a way that is safe, practical and totally tailored to new mums.


We aren't talking spinning classes or heavy weight sessions, but yoga, walking, social exercise and dancing.

Emotional Wellbeing

As new mums emotions are on a rollercoaster thanks to hormone fluctuations, changes in our brains and sleep deprivation.


We will help you understand these emotions and accept them in a kind and loving way. We will give you tips, routines and hacks that will support you to regain emotional stability post-pregnancy.


Using a combination of gratitude, mindfulness and self-care, you can start to feel yourself again.

Hi, I’m Fiona, founder of Mum Coaching

In 2023 I found myself homeless with 2 children and another on the way. I was a single mum and I couldn't believe my life had fallen so far below where I thought I would be. I had a great job as a Director responsible for transformation, but was living in a caravan and crippled by perinatal depression, anxiety and considering suicide. I made a choice one night that I would make a change and get the support I needed. I would stop hiding my mental health problems and face them head on. But the help available was non-existent, had long waiting lists of up to 52 weeks or was too expensive. 


Antenatal courses don’t cover the mental and emotional changes women go through, focusing on the physical side of things instead. The UK is in a pedimental health crisis with a 33% increase in referrals for mental health problems. I believe this has to change and pregnant women should be empowered to take active steps towards preparing their minds for motherhood.


So I created Mum Coaching where we focus on giving pregnant women and new mums the knowledge, tools and skills to strengthen their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing so they can thrive during motherhood. I want mums to transform the way I did by using a holistic approach to wellbeing.
